Position Overview

The firm is seeking to engage Legal Interns for its physical internship program. This opportunity is designed for law students who are eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical litigation, offering a firsthand look into the complexities of case management and courtroom advocacy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Law students (current) in their 3rd year or above (for 5-year programs) or 2nd year and above (for 3-year programs).
• Specialization: Interest in Litigation, Civil and Criminal Law, and Matrimonial Disputes.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, proficiency in legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.), and sound drafting capabilities.
• Professionalism: High level of punctuality, a proactive learning attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a professional legal team.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Litigation Support: Assisting in the preparation of case files, managing documents for court filings, and tracking case statuses.
• Drafting: Preparing initial drafts of legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and written submissions.
• Legal Research: Performing detailed research on various statutes and case laws to support ongoing litigation and advisory matters.
• Court Attendance: Accompanying senior advocates to various District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals to observe proceedings and assist in court-related tasks.
