- Provide day‑to‑day care and support in line with individual care plans, including personal care, medication and daily living tasks where required.
- Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times, encouraging social inclusion and participation within Flowers House.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high‑quality, person‑centred care and support.
- Respond appropriately to changing needs to help prevent hospital admissions.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in care or support work, or a willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of dignity, respect, and person‑centred care.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a supported housing environment.
- Good communication skills and a calm approach in challenging situations.
- A commitment to promoting independence and social inclusion.
