Site Supervisor Holiday Cover
Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Oxford
Pay Rate: GBP25 per hour (CIS / UTR)
Working Hours: 7:00am 6:00pm (10 hours paid)
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Oxford on a holiday cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major site with competitive rates and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site logistics operations
- Manage deliveries, traffic flow, and material handling across the project
- Ensure all site access and egress points are operated safely and efficiently
- Maintain and enforce high health & safety standards at all times
- Liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery drivers
- Monitor site activities and report any incidents, hazards, or operational issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid Gold CSCS Card
- SSSTS Certificate
- Previous experience working in a supervisory role on construction sites
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced construction environment
- Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
