Structural Engineer (Hybrid / 1 day in Office)

Structural Engineer (Hybrid / Heritage Projects) – £55,000‑£60,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Funded Chartership + Pension + Progression (Windsor, Berkshire)

We are looking for a structural or civil engineer to take the next step in their career, gaining exposure across multiple areas with project ownership, on heritage projects within a forward‑thinking organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Structural Engineer in the design, delivery and commissioning of projects
• Manage projects from triage through to delivery, including managing structural defects and specifying designs
• Gain hands‑on experience in commercial and project‑management functions such as pricing, schedule preparation and site coordination
• Receive training on QS duties – assessing sub‑contractor prices and schedules of work
• Work in a hybrid model (one day in the office, four days remote or flexible mix)

The Person

• Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering (chartered status not required)
• Experience working on structural or civil projects
• Hands‑on site or project management experience is a bonus
