Job Description:
On is seeking a hands-on engineer at their Cowbridge production site to ensure operational excellence in the LightSpray production process. You’ll bridge engineering and operational execution, with a focus on performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and over 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
This role also includes leading trials, managing machine deployments, and ensuring the quality of every unit produced. A commitment to process improvement through Lean methodologies is essential.
