Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in civil engineering infrastructure design and delivery.
  • Design and model civil projects using industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, PDS, Flow.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff.
  • Contribute to both technical excellence and business success.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of relevant post‑graduate experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, PDS, Flow and related software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client‑management skills.
  • Experience across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and education projects.
  • Experience with highway infrastructure and residential developments is advantageous.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Working towards Chartered Engineer status; membership in a recognised professional body such as the Institution of Civil Engineers or the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management.
