Student Services Administrator (First Aid)
Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard‑working administrator to oversee the day‑to‑day first aid and medical needs within Wheatley Park School. The role supports both students and staff in a fast‑paced, attendance‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage day‑to‑day first aid and medical requirements.
- Work as part of the Student Services Administration Team and attend to attendance‑related tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service by liaising with students and staff.
- Gather and verify necessary information and materials efficiently.
- Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer‑service orientation.
- First aid qualification or related background preferred; training will be provided.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced school or similar setting is advantageous.
Benefits and Working Conditions
- 45-year hours of part‑time work (27.5 hours per week) with potential for job sharing.

- Pro‑rated salary: Grade 6 £16,716 – £18,113 (full‑time equivalent £26,824 – £29,065).
