The Growth Company in Manchester is offering an exciting opportunity for two Employer Engagement Consultants. In this role, you will provide a quality recruitment service to customers and employers, directly contributing to the UK government’s Youth Guarantee initiative aimed at reducing youth unemployment.

Your responsibilities will include generating employer leads, building relationships, and managing employer accounts while ensuring excellent service and identifying business opportunities.
