An established and growing large-format print and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Project Manager to join its successful client services team.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end position responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high‑quality execution across a range of retail and commercial environments.
With significant new contracts and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting phase. This role offers genuine opportunities for progression as the company continues to expand and secure additional high‑profile accounts!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Interpret client requirements, provide accurate estimates, and recommend suitable materials and production methods
- Create and manage job sheets, ensuring all details are clearly communicated to production teams
- Source materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost‑effective and timely procurement
- Brief internal production teams and coordinate workflow across departments
- Organise and schedule installation teams (fitters) where required
- Support the transition and management of key accounts, including a major retail POS programme
- Collaborate with junior account managers, providing guidance and sharing expertise
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role within ideally POS or large format graphics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a print environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware with experience in estimating and material selection
- A collaborative team player who leads by example and supports junior colleagues
