Interim Financial Controller

Role Overview

My client is an SME based in Salford. They are recruiting this position on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to cover the current incumbent leaving the business.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts produced by the Management Accountant
• Consolidate accounts and manage cash flow
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place
• Manage a team – people management is a key part of this assignment

Qualifications

Qualified, seasoned Financial Controller with excellent people management skills and comfortable working in an SME environment.

Remuneration

Salary up to £80,000 dependent on experience. The role will be largely based onsite with some flexibility.
