Overview
Waltham Forest College, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, seeks a Funding and Compliance Officer to support the college’s finance and funding strategy. The role involves expert management of funding arrangements, supporting colleagues to maximize income generation within national framework requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on funding arrangements and contribute to the development and maintenance of funding plans.
- Support the College’s Finance, Curriculum and Student Success teams to maximize generation of income in line with national funding frameworks.
- Maintain accurate registers, timetables, and ILR submissions.
- Use audit software to verify compliance and manage enrolment processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the further education sector with knowledge of funding methodologies.
- Experience with registers, timetables, ILR submissions, audit software, and enrolment.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant national frameworks and funding regulations.
