A growing, family-owned property investment and management group is seeking a proactive and technically strong Finance Manager to take ownership of its financial operations in London. With a portfolio spanning London and other major cities across the UK, the business combines entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to high-quality asset management and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing payroll, PAYE, and pensions for the team
• Preparing and filing VAT, Corporation Tax, and annual statutory accounts
• Producing management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting systems
• Liaising with non-Finance stakeholders across the business

Qualifications

• Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory compliance
• An understanding of service charge accounting
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero
• Property sector experience (advantageous)
