Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our operational performance is compatible with the SQCDP objectives specified by the industrial direction and for providing a consolidated view of the performance of sheet metal products manufactured for key programmes. The role will also support new business industrialisation and operational performance to ensure new product introductions are successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarise and present the industrial performance by product according to the defined standard.
  • For budgeting; establish the RDI (Industrial Development Research) & CCP (Added production cost) roadmap.
  • Manage the introduction of changes to the definition.
  • Propose aggregated plans to achieve operational objectives (especially for quality eradication and cost reduction).
  • In case of internal crisis within operations, lead the crisis management team.
  • Establish and manage the specific risks of the product.
  • Propose and manage industrial scheme evolution.
  • Prepare the product planning requirements with the planning teams to ensure minimal stocks and WIP through internal process flow.
  • Work closely with key cross‑functional stakeholders such as Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Quality Assurance and Finance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project management or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal demand scheduling, production processes, materials and cost management.
  • Experience identifying and leading cost‑reduction initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience providing excellent communication and presentation skills, reporting to senior leadership and interacting with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and ERP systems.
