Apprentice Lettings Consultant

Full‑time, permanent position located in Wakefield. Standard workweek of 38.75 hours: Monday‑Thursday 9:00‑5:30, Friday 9:00‑5:00, alternate Saturdays 9:30‑1:00.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all enquiries (face‑to‑face, telephone, electronic) and make appointments to maximise opportunities and meet branch targets.
• Register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches while encouraging landlords to use the full range of services.
• Receive full training to understand and comply with regulations surrounding lettings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and organised.
