Strategic HR Partner & People Operations Lead

Broughton Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support recruitment and onboarding processes while leading employee relations and HR administration. The role requires strong skills in absence management and learning & development.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant HR qualification, ideally CIPD Level 5, and be responsible for maintaining employee records. Flexibility in working hours is expected to ensure operations run smoothly.
