Coventry Music is on a mission to inspire thousands of young people every week and we need YOU to help make it happen! Over 7,000 students receive weekly music lessons through schools and venues across the city. This pivotal role ensures everything runs smoothly, from timetabling and billing to supporting families and customers.
But that’s not all—Coventry Music is at the heart of exciting live events and unforgettable musical experiences for students and their families. As part of our passionate team, you’ll play a key role in making these moments possible.
This role is a part‑time fixed‑term contract of 26 hours per week for 12 months.
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

Who are we looking for?
Coventry Music is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team.
You will be:
- Detail‑oriented – able to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech‑savvy – confident using digital systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms to streamline processes.
- A strong communicator – comfortable liaising with schools, parents, tutors, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Adaptable and resourceful – ready to solve problems and keep things running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑focused – committed to supporting our mission of inspiring young people through music.
Experience in administration, customer service, or education support is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
