Job Description

As our first dedicated Business Development Representative, you will design and implement our sales engine from the ground up. You will own the entire lifecycle of inbound conversion and outbound prospecting, building the playbook that scales our reach to engineering leaders. This is a high‑impact role with a direct pathway to Account Executive.

What You Will Do

  • Establish a tight feedback loop with marketing to optimize lead quality and influence the product’s market resonance

The ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of BDR experience with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding sales processes
  • Technical literacy and the ability to communicate credibly with SREs, DevOps engineers, and technical leadership
  • Expert‑level proficiency in CRM configuration and growth automation tools to drive repeatable, scalable pipeline growth
