Senior Hardware Engineer & Architect — High-Reliability

Matchtech is seeking Senior and Principal Hardware Design Engineers in Hastings, East Sussex. You will play a key role in the design and development of electronic hardware at board level, working across the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

This role offers exposure to multiple projects with opportunities to lead design activities and mentor others. A competitive salary of £55,000 – £75,000 is offered, along with a benefits package and career progression.
