The Opportunity

As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients. Working alongside experienced seniors and managers, you will gain exposure to complex engagements while developing your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

This role offers structured progression to Audit Senior, alongside full study support and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of audit assignments, both on‑site and remotely
  • Assist in executing audit plans, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintain compliance with UK auditing standards and firm policies
  • Review elements of junior staff work, providing guidance and support
  • Contribute to audit findings and reports, identifying key risks and areas of concern
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless multi‑service client experience
  • Actively contribute to team development and knowledge sharing

About You

  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (actively studying)
  • 2–4 years’ UK practice experience in audit and accounts
  • Solid understanding of audit processes, risk assessment, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CaseWare, CCH or similar audit software (desirable)
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing technical expertise
