Quality Improvement Lead – PBS Excellence & Practice

Havencare Homes and Support Limited is looking for a Quality Improvement Lead in Plymouth. This role focuses on enhancing service quality through hands-on coaching and support of frontline teams. You will be responsible for identifying practice gaps and developing actionable improvement plans.

The position requires a dedicated professional to promote a culture of continuous improvement in services, working closely with support colleagues and Registered Managers.

The role offers a salary between £30,000 to £35,000 annually for a 40-hour work week.
