Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse maintenance function, including planning and delegating workloads.
• Write and maintain preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and CMMS data.
• Lead performance management of the maintenance team.
• Control the engineering budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Oversee project work and ongoing improvements and installations as part of current investment programme.

Qualifications

• Extensive FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Proven background as a Senior Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering or Chief Engineer.
