DV – Solution Architect and Managed Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Owning and driving the technical delivery of sub-components of the Managed Service from design through to deployment to Live.
• Collaborating with other MSLs to drive delivery across a number of technology areas with a focus on improving efficiency and cohesion.
• Providing input into the strategic direction and roadmaps for these key delivery areas.
• Acting as the technical lead, providing leadership to all colleagues and to our customer stakeholders.
• Providing architecture governance, ensuring compliance against requirements, delivery against the original outline vision and ensuring the integrity of customer environments.
• Reporting to the project’s Solution Lead.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in the delivery of secure, highly resilient, large-scale IaaS, PaaS and workplace solutions.
• Creation and ownership of technical design documentation artefacts including HLDs and LLDs.
• Ability to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available.
• Managing and motivating teams to deliver to a plan.
• Experience in the development and delivery of solutions using Agile Methodologies.
• Client-facing skills at a senior level with the ability to communicate ideas and present challenging points of view to both senior internal and customer stakeholders.
