Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level support to Sales Directors across EMEA, focusing on UK and Ireland clients.
- Identify and maximize new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts.
- Build and manage a personal set of accounts by prospecting and networking.
- Develop territory and account plans to grow market share.
- Set up and conduct meetings with assigned accounts.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in Salesforce.com and report calls, leads, and customer profiles in a timely manner.
- Compile quotes, close sales, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage invoices.
- Participate in onboarding training, continuous learning opportunities, and co‑host client events.
- Learn and apply all aspects of the selling process and Datasite policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong assessment, judgment, and decision‑making ability using data and analytical tools.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentations.
- Advanced relationship‑management skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in professional customer business and relationship building.
- Technology, SaaS, or financial services sales experience highly regarded.
