The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple installation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of product installation projects across live sites
  • Leading and coordinating on-site installation teams, contractors, and specialist engineers
  • Project managing bespoke customer installations from initial planning through to final handover
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and programme delivery
  • Working closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Managing logistics, site readiness, and installation sequencing across multiple locations
  • Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and site-specific requirements
  • Supporting projects in North America, including extended on-site presence when required

About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in site-based project delivery, ideally within construction, modular build, event structures, or technical installations.

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing construction, modular build, or complex on-site installation projects
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, programmes, and contractors
  • A solid understanding of building regulations, site safety, and installation best practice
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally (including the USA)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to manage teams on-site and liaise with senior stakeholders
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Location and Travel

  • Based in Craven Arms, Shropshire
  • UK-wide travel as standard
  • Travel to the United States throughout the year

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + benefits

Travel: UK-wide with some travel to the USA.
