Position Overview

Repertoire Processing AnalystLocation: London/Remote HybridSalary: £30,000 per annum plus benefitsContract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, clean, and ingest repertoire and metadata provided by BPI members as part of the Search Engine Delisting Program.
  • Monitor member inboxes and process repertoire related to pre‑release items, and communicate with the wider team to inform enforcement actions.
  • Perform regular audits of repertoire to ensure quality reporting to BPI members, and notify the Senior Infringement Discovery Analyst of any anomalies.
  • Send monthly reports to members from the flagship delisting programme.
  • Assist the Infringement Discovery team with ad hoc duties as required.

Ideal Experience

  • Experience and/or knowledge of anti‑piracy initiatives.
  • Understanding of the music business.
  • Understanding of copyright and music rights.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Attention to detail and ability to operate within codified regulatory frameworks.
  • Critical thinking skills and curiosity to find solutions.
  • Ability to prioritise work in line with strategic objectives.
  • Methodical data collection, assessment, and review.
  • Clear and accessible written communication, including presentation of findings.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Friendly, collaborative nature; positive influence within an inclusive team.
  • Good knowledge of music trends.
  • Fast learner, enthusiastic about new programmes and bespoke delisting software.
