Senior FP&A Analyst | D2C Consumer Brand

I’m working with a fast-growing D2C consumer business that is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and play a genuinely commercial role in a scaling consumer brand.

You’ll work closely with senior finance and commercial leaders, supporting decision-making across trading performance, customer acquisition, margin, stock, cash and growth planning.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Margin, revenue and channel analysis across D2C and retail
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital visibility
• Commercial partnering with marketing, operations and leadership teams
• Building models and improving reporting processes
• Supporting board packs and investor-level reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting
• Strong Excel / modelling skills
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with non-finance teams

This would suit someone ambitious, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where finance has real influence.
