Site Manager

Site Manager Required in South East London

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in South East London, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

As a main contractor they work on a range of refurbishment, extension, new build, and renovation projects across commercial, residential and public sectors. Their projects typically range from 200k- 4m in value.

• 40K – 65K + package

The Site Manager must have/be:

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment, extension, new build and renovation projects
• Strong background working for a main contractor
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management
• Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
• Experience working across commercial, residential, or public sector projects
