Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager | Main Contractor | Leeds | £60k – £70k + Package

We’re currently working with an established main contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale high rise development in Leeds.

This is a key position within the project team, overseeing external works packages on a major city centre scheme.

The role would suit a strong Senior Site Manager who is confident managing subcontractors, driving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard on complex multi-storey developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing external works packages on a large-scale high rise project
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
• Managing health & safety and maintaining site compliance
• Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Liaising with Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors
• Managing logistics and sequencing on a busy city centre site
• Supporting overall project delivery through to completion

What You Will Need

• Previous experience working on high rise residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong background managing external works packages
• Experience operating as a Senior Site Manager within a main contracting environment
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive programme
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality management
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Strong communication and leadership skills
