Project Architect job in Victoria, London. This role focuses on technical project delivery across cultural, residential, commercial and cladding remediation schemes. The position involves leading technical packages, coordinating consultant information and supporting project delivery through RIBA stages 4 and 5 within collaborative architectural teams.
Practice & Project Information
This established architectural practice delivers projects across the UK built environment sector, including residential, commercial, cultural and cladding remediation schemes. The studio combines design and technical delivery expertise across multiple RIBA stages, offering exposure to technically complex developments and collaborative project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical project packages using Revit across residential, commercial and cultural developments
- Coordinate consultant information and manage delivery through RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Produce and review coordinated technical drawing packages and construction information
- Support cladding remediation projects through technical coordination and delivery activities
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
- Support junior team members with technical guidance and drawing coordination
Required Skills and Experience
- ARB registered Architect with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong Revit proficiency producing coordinated technical drawing packages
- Experience delivering projects during RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Previous UK project experience across residential, commercial, cultural or housing sectorsStrong understanding of UK building regulations and consultant coordination
- Excellent communication and organisational skills managing multiple project deadlines
