Interim Financial Controller – FP&A & Reporting Lead

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a busy finance team in Lincoln for a fixed-term role of 6-12 months. The position involves developing financial planning and forecasting capabilities, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and enhancing financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, advanced skills in Power BI and Excel, and be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). This role requires driving process improvements and providing valuable insights for strategic decisions.
