Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations and will be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.

Salary: £34,749 – £40,939 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Role Overview

As Technical Project Coordinator you will be the central point of organisation across meetings, reporting, suppliers and key project systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met and information is captured to a high standard. It’s a busy and varied position that offers real exposure to our projects, our people and the way we work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project accounts, raise purchase orders, ensure suppliers are paid on time and handle external supplier queries.
  • Coordinate and prepare all engineering meetings, ensuring these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded accurately.
  • Manage the road works system (Symology) & liaise with contractors and Project Managers to ensure correct system management and updates within required deadlines.
  • Conduct utility searches to identify services around our project locations to support the project team.
  • Support the Lead Engineers and Engineering Managers to meet milestones and deadlines, coordinating reporting and internal team guidance‑making sure reports are produced on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, confident in a fast paced environment and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Previous project experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written skills and keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage a busy workload to tight timescales.
  • Proven capability in engaging multiple stakeholders concurrently, often with competing priorities.
  • Experience in managing project finances is advantageous.
