Overview
Cumming Group is an international project and cost management consultancy delivering innovative solutions in construction, real estate, and infrastructure.
The role involves delivering cost management and advisory services across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Provide procurement and contract advice (NEC)
- Manage project budgets, value engineering, and risk management
- Deliver post-contract administration and reporting
- Build strong client relationships and support business development
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Cost Management, or similar
- Confident working with NEC forms of contract
- Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills
- Belfast‑based (or commutable), with flexibility to travel to client sites
Location & Travel
- Belfast‑based, relocate or commute acceptable, flexible travel to client sites
