The Role
The ServiceNow Architect will play a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and drive strategic transformational changes in solution deployment. They will also be involved in strategic discussions to increase the TCS pipeline within the customer landscape.
Your responsibilities
- Understand and follow best practices and standards/guidelines of ServiceNow.
- Participate in technical and strategic board discussions.
- Evaluate business needs and align them with ServiceNow solutions.
- Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform.
- Provide industry‑standard architectural points of view and solutions.
- Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre‑iteration and retrospectives).
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both non‑technical and technical audiences.
- A customer‑focused approach to work.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with project team members.
- Technical proficiency in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM.
- Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture that satisfies client requirements.
- Experience working in a large cross‑functional team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology or training in this area.
