Job Description

• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Prepare and present financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the finance function.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confidence and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders within the business.
• Confidence in working with financial systems and data analysis tools.
• Proactive approach with the ability to influence stakeholders.
