Salary
Up to £65k basic salary DOE – 10% annual bonus scheme + car allowance (£6,000p/a), 25 days + stat holiday entitlement, pension, healthcare, mobile, laptop.

Role
BMS are working with a major Irish manufacturing organisation who have a long history within the power transformer industry. They are looking to recruit a new Sales Manager who will develop their business across the South of England by working closely with major M&E Contractors, Consulting Engineers, and End User clients who have a need for power transformers across EV, Solar, Renewable, and Battery Storage projects.
The Sales Manager will be inheriting a portfolio to start with and your role will be to grow and develop this over time. The Irish manufacturing facility is receiving significant investment to increase production capacity and it’s a great chance to be at the forefront of the renewable energy transition in the UK. The Sales Manager role is one which will see you on the road 2-3 days per week whilst working from home the other days. You will have the opportunity to bring clients to the Irish manufacturing facility as part of the sales process too – there is unrivalled support to make the Sales Manager a success here.
There is already a lot of repeat business and solid customer relationships to grow & develop. This Sales Manager position will suit a senior business development professional with a technical aptitude and a passion for the energy sector.

Eligibility Criteria
- Technical sales professional – preferably from power generation arena
- Used to long-term, project-led, sales cycles
- Have sold technical solutions – designed in or require site‑surveys
- Full & Clean Driving licence
- Understand there is significant travel involved
- Are able to work as part of a wider team to ensure success
