  • Assist stakeholders in translating operational challenges into scalable and practical business solutions.
  • Support innovation and transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business effectiveness.
  • Contribute to projects focused on workflow automation, modernization, and enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Assist in mapping current‑state processes and supporting future‑state solution design.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and implementation activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare presentations, status updates, reports, and supporting documentation for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Analyze operational data, business feedback, and process pain points to support decision‑making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, automation trends, and enterprise AI developments relevant to the business.
  • Support the Business Solutions and Innovation team with additional strategic and operational initiatives as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Business, Technology, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, innovation, transformation, operations, or technology‑enabled business support roles.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross‑functional stakeholders is preferred.
  • Exposure to workflow automation, operational transformation, or AI‑related initiatives is strongly preferred.
