Job Title: Graduate Engineer

Location: Gosport, United Kingdom

Type: Full‑time, Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver classroom instruction to up to 24 trainees in Electronic Engineering and Electrical Machine Principles (NVQ Level4/5) and Basic Electronics and Mathematics (Level2/3).
• Conduct practical lab sessions, demonstrate key principles and supervise trainee experiments.
• Administer and invigilate both paper‑based and online examinations.
• Mark and check‑mark assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update training materials.
• Collaborate with Training Design staff to align content with DSAT standards and submit updates for approval.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Foundation Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline).

Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an Engineer.
