Cardiac Catheter Lab Nurse – Permanent, Full-time, Manchester

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cardiology Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the Cath Lab
• Scrub for PCI, devices and EP cases
• Carry out clinical Cath Lab duties
• Act as a specialist cardiology resource for the multidisciplinary team within Spire Healthcare

Qualifications

• Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent (minimum qualification)
• Post‑Graduate Diploma in specialist Cardiology providing specialist skill and knowledge
• Postgraduate experience in a relevant specialism
• Experience in scrubbing for PCI, devices and EP
• Experience applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied cases
• Competence across a range of Cardiology / Cath Lab skills supported by highly skilled professional and specialist knowledge
