Payroll Manager – Leeds (3 month FTC)
£200 – £230 per day
Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for your next exciting challenge with a continually expanding nationwide company where you can play a key part within a successful and passionate team?
This company specialises in the waste & recycling industry on a nationwide basis. We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join the team on a 3 month FTC.
This is an ideal role for someone from a Payroll background looking for a new challenge with a company that will invest in your training, development & long‑term progression. You will need to have strong experience with SAGE.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end‑to‑end payroll processes for employees across the business
- Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and timely processing
- Managing payroll queries and liaising with HR & Finance teams
- Supporting payroll reporting and maintaining employee records
- Assisting with continuous improvements to payroll systems and processes
- Working with SAGE
- Need to be able to start immediately
Qualifications & Experience
- Highly organised and self‑motivated & passionate about providing an excellent payroll service
- Strong experience with SAGE
- Experience within a similar Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll position
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and compliance
- Good communication skills & a positive, proactive, problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Happy being full‑time office based
- Need to be available to start immediately
