Full Stack Engineer

Betway, part of Super Group, is an NYSE-listed digital gaming company that delivers sports betting, casino, and esports platforms worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Code and develop features for new and existing products to a high technical standard.
• Identify areas for technical improvements and innovations.
• Mentor, assist, and support other team members.
• Participate in cross-team activities such as knowledge‑sharing and collaborative development.
• Complete other reasonable duties to achieve business objectives.

Essential Skills

• C# .Net Core and/or ASP.Net MVC 4.0 or higher.
• Next.js, React, Typescript, Node.js and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, SASS, etc).
• Responsive design and UI optimisation.
• Automation and unit testing (Postman, NUnit, Jest, etc).
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in the sports marketing industry.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud (Web App, Application Insights, Redis, Azure Storage, Function App).
• Microsoft Azure DevOps including YAML and Terraform.
• Microsoft SQL Server.
• Umbraco experience.
• Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code experience.
• A/B testing and experimentation.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Launch Darkly experience.
• Agile/Kanban experience.
• Good presenting skills.
