Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop engineers, fostering accountability, teamwork, and technical excellence.
• Hands‑On Delivery: Provide technical direction and actively contribute code to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote modern engineering standards, agile practices, and process enhancements.
• Service Management: Strengthen operational reliability and user satisfaction through improved incident, change, and problem management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and global teams to deliver on technology roadmaps.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex environments.
• Strong coding skills and hands‑on involvement in software delivery.
