Overview

A busy accident repair centre is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. The role involves ordering, selling, and managing stock control of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, as well as handling a high volume of calls in the department. The ideal candidate is methodical, target driven, comfortable selling, and provides quality customer service.

• Handling a high volume of calls in the department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
