Director of Commercial Analytics

London – hybrid 1x a week

Up to £160,000 + bonus + equity

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead an international commercial analytics capability within a high growth, global healthcare business. As a senior leader in a newly formed insights function, you will have real influence over how data informs commercial strategy across multiple markets.

The Role

  • Act as the international commercial analytics business partner for senior commercial, marketing, and market access leaders.
  • Translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear analytical frameworks and insight roadmaps.
  • Lead and develop a small, high performing team, with scope to scale as impact is proven.
  • Drive standardised commercial metrics across regions while allowing for local market .
  • Provide insight across sales execution, marketing performance, forecasting, planning, and market research.
  • Guide thinking on revenue , customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Lead analytics maturity across multiple international markets with varying healthcare systems.
  • Influence the evolution of data foundations, moving from SQL heavy analysis to scalable, dashboard led insight delivery.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership experience within commercial analytics in medical/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear data storytelling and synthesis.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed, international environments.
  • Deep understanding of commercial performance, market research, and attribution or measurement approaches.
  • Comfort working with third party data sources and complex distribution or reimbursement models.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and challenge business questions to drive better outcomes.
