- Managing relationships with senior hiring contacts at our GC and developer clients.
- Running end‑to‑end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Growing your billings through proactive business development and networking.
- Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering, energy, or a technical sector.
- A results‑driven mindset with strong commercial instincts.
- Confident communication skills – you’ll engage senior stakeholders across US time zones daily.
- The ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
