About the role Audit Wales is looking to recruit an experienced People and Payroll Officer to join our HR Team on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This role is Cardiff‑based, with the option to work remotely.
This role will deliver transactional and administrative HR and Payroll support to staff across Audit Wales.
You will ensure employee records and payroll activities are accurate, timely and compliant with policy, supporting with routine reporting and data requests as required.
The role also supports HR system updates and maintenance, security and vetting processes, and contributes to continuous service improvement while working collaboratively with colleagues across Audit Wales.
