We’re seeking an experienced Climate and National Park Strategy Manager to lead our strategic planning and performance function, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working. This is initially a 3‑year, fixed‑term contract covering a secondment.

You will lead the development, delivery and monitoring of the National Park Management Plan and Authority Plan, and play a central role in coordinating the Authority’s response to climate change.

  • Strategy, planning or performance roles
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience working with data, policy and collaborative delivery
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver evidence‑based strategies
  • Experience in climate change adaptation planning
  • Strong project management skills
