About the Role

As a Senior Test Manager in our GI Quality Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical projects while driving forward our wider transformation and innovation work. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Aviva to shape testing approaches, embed best practices, and influence how our teams think about quality. This role exists to ensure our products and systems are rigorously tested, efficient, and continually improving, helping us deliver great outcomes for our customers. You’ll be accountable for test oversight, strategic input at platform level, and championing modern automation practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager, with strong hands‑on expertise in test automation frameworks and tool
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • A continuous desire to learn, experiment, and explore new automation tools, technologies, and ways of working
  • Solid understanding of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt depending on context
  • Excellent planning, organisation, communication, and attention to detail
