What you’ll be doing
- Support work planning, budgeting, and operational coordination for assigned service point(s)
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and tracking
- Oversee daily operations and support operational issue resolution relating to patient experience, patient flow, wait time, admissions, billing, and service delivery
- Work closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and operational efficiency
- Drive workflow reviews, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancement projects
- Manage and follow up on feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters to ensure service excellence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required
- Support implementation of operational policies, new initiatives, and process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related studies
- Similar working experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinic operations, or service management
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
