Job Description You will join a high-growth legal tech firm as an early engineer, architecting agentic systems that transform litigation for Magic Circle law firms. Working directly with Oxbridge-educated founders, you will build full-stack document analysis engines and scale infrastructure that has already achieved 20x revenue growth and $3M ARR trajectory.

What You Will Do

• Architect and scale production-grade full-stack applications that power autonomous agentic systems for complex legal document analysis.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate state-of-the-art LLM capabilities and fact extraction engines into customer-facing features.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical product features, from initial customer discovery and technical architecture to deployment on AWS infrastructure.

The ideal candidate

• Proven expertise in the modern stack including Node.js, TypeScript, and Python for both application and AI system development.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL database optimization and managing scalable cloud infrastructure within the AWS ecosystem.
• An entrepreneurial builder mindset with a track record of shipping complex product features in rapid, high-stakes startup environments.
