Founded in London, we are now expanding internationally, with the launch of our New York office in 2026. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are hiring ambitious individuals to join our teams across Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, someone in their second role, or a career changer looking to build a long-term career in recruitment within a high-performing, supportive environment.
The Role
You will work directly with leading global financial institutions across Investment Banking, Credit, Private Equity, and their portfolio companies, managing mandates end-to-end and building long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through to offer negotiation
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates within your market
- Conducting market mapping for current and future hiring needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Supporting the production of salary surveys, market insights, and marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Continuously developing your market knowledge and sector expertise
About You
- A 2:1 degree, or 12+ months’ experience in recruitment/sales, or relevant professional experience
- Strong interest in financial services
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, personable, and able to build credible relationships
